Prospects: Chicago White Sox

Chicago White Sox – Top 5 Prospects for the 2010 Fantasy Baseball Season. Rankings are based on a Prospects potential to make a fantasy baseball impact during the 2010 season.

#1 – Tyler Flowers – C – Age: 24

With AJ Pierzynski still holding down the starting catcher job for the White Sox to begin the 2010 season, Flowers will need to have an outstanding showing during spring training in order for him to earn an opening day roster spot to begin the 2010 season. However with Pierzynski getting up there in age, the White Sox may elect to implement more of a 50/50 time share between Pierzynski and Flowers to begin the 2010 season. As a proven 15 plus homerun hitter during his minor league career, Flowers’ offensive potential could very easily force the White Sox to employ him into their lineup at some point during the 2010 season.
