#1 – Aroldis Chapman – SP – Age: 22
Chapman’s name has demanded a lot of attention, and with an electric arm, he has deserved most of the hype. At just age 22 and relatively inexperienced, Chapman is more than likely to begin the 2010 season in the minors. However if he can jump out to a fast start and dominate hitters, an early June call up could be in store, and it would not be surprising if Chapman was able to put up Tommy Hanson type rookie numbers in the majors during the 2010 season.
