Los Angeles Dodgers – Top 5 Prospects for the 2010 Fantasy Baseball Season. Rankings are based on a Prospects potential to make a fantasy baseball impact during the 2010 season.
#1 – Dee Gordon – SS – Age: 22
Offering outstanding speed and excellent overall athletic ability, Gordon who tallied 73 stolen bases at Single A during the 2009 season, could be on the fast track to major league playing time. With current shortstop Rafael Furcal aging quickly and earning the injury prone label over the past few seasons, Gordon’s major league debut could be sooner than expected heading into the 2010 season. If Gordon can get off to a good start in the minors to begin the 2010 season, and Rafael Furcal were to once again get injured, Gordon could be given an opportunity to play. If so, fantasy baseball teams will want to keep track of Gordon as he could make an immediate impact in the stolen base category in fantasy leagues.
